Responsibilities:

We are seeking a motivated, self-managed purchasing agent. Duties will include but are not limited to data entry, effectively managing vendors to maintain business relationships, vendor pricing research, logistics management, and inventory management reporting.

Executes purchase orders and supply-chain initiatives as directed by management; maintains corporate cost objectives and maximizes discounts; verifies orders and receipt of purchased commodities and services. Confirm purchase orders with vendors; maintain and report purchase order status to ensure on-time delivery; process item receipts into accounting systems; process and maintain returns of materials and goods. Facilitate and maintain daily shipping and receiving activities in the warehouse; identify and properly distribute item receipts; facilitate material handling needs throughout the warehouse. Purchasing liaison to engineering and project management departments; disseminates engineering bills of material to procurement and fabrication; coordinates internal and external fabrication and outside services;  re-assimilates bills of material for integration as project items and services are received. Manage and maintain inventory and vendor-managed items, stocking levels and inventory integrity; produce regularly-scheduled inventory counts and properly update records; report on trends.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years purchasing experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Refined research, evaluation and reporting skills
  • Competent use of MS Excel and WP software
  • Ability to complete tasks and maintain deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Following are not required, but are a definite plus:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business
  • Experience with Mechanical Engineering Drawings & Documentation
  • Experience with ERP Software System
  • Solid Experience with Parcel & Freight Logistics

Cornerstone is seeking a highly qualified sales engineer to join its winning team!  This position requires relationship building with key decision makers in the warehouse automation sector to provide our customers with superior order fulfillment automation and systems solutions to meet their requirement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree (Equivalent experience will be considered).  Technical field preferred.
  • 5+ years of sales experience with warehouse automation-target companies such as Dematic, Intelligrated, SSI Schaeffer, Knaupf
  • 2+ years of experience in working on a team of sales professionals
  • Strong knowledge of conveyors, sortation, fixed mount barcode scanners, automatic labeling and in motion scales.
  • Passion to succeed in a commission based incentive structure
  • Needs to enjoy working with a team of professionals in designing creative order fulfillment solutions
  • Ability to interface at all levels, from Board presentations to manufacturing and assembly teams
  • Strong sense of customer service
  • AutoCAD experience a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong relationships with customers by regular visits and timely response.
  • Work in a team of 3-5 sales engineering professionals and additional outside reps in developing and selling order fulfillment automation solutions
  • Promote CASI in all appropriate forums.  Participate in trade shows.
  • Master our product line including hardware, software and custom solutions
  • Interface regularly with Engineering and Applications in establishing and updating product offerings
  • Develop and meet strategic plans, sales forecasts, and goals.  Communicate regularly with C-level top management.
  • Develop and implement approaches to penetrate new industry segments and target accounts

The candidate will be responsible for setting up, constructing, checking, and troubleshooting operational and experimental electrical machinery, circuitry, and equipment. All manufacturing will be built to print, adhering to pre-established guidelines of CASI’s engineering specifications.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2+ years of experience in constructing, installing, repairing and/or maintaining conveyance and automation equipment.  Technical degree or certificate (EET, MET, CT, ETS) a plus.

  • Perform mechanical construction from prototypes and engineered drawings.
  • Perform electrical wiring from prototypes and wiring diagrams.
  • Ability to read and comprehend engineered drawings, diagrams and work instructions.
  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, thorough, motivated, self-starter.
  • Ability to work with minimal guidance.
  • Ability to troubleshoot in a logical manner.
  • Ability to solve problems in an effective manner.
  • Ability to help lead less experienced team members.
  • Control Panel Design is a plus.
  • PLC knowledge helpful.
  • Computer experience, email, spreadsheet input and report input.
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend and recline on concrete floor for 8+ hours.
  • Must be willing to work in a non-climate controlled environment.

Job Description:

Clean and maintain office and warehouse space.  Job will require individual to be on site on a daily basis and will be responsible for all cleaning and upkeep.  Daily and weekly tasks must be completed with attention to detail.  Based on skill level some light maintenance may be required from time to time such as; changing light bulbs, unstopping clogged plumbing, etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Daily cleaning of men’s and women’s restroom, breakroom, replenish all consumables, empty waste bin, wipe down of all surfaces and mop break area.
  • Weekly vacuuming, general floor mopping, window cleaning, sweeping of warehouse floor
  • Maintain inventory levels of cleaning and breakroom supplies

Requirements:

  • Prior custodial experience
  • Knowledge of cleaning supplies and equipment
  • Attention to detail a must

Position Description:

This highly visible position will manage the continuing start-up and capital work at our Murfreesboro, TN $50M automated pharmacy facility. The position will drive operational initiatives by working with our Customer, Applications Engineers, Design Engineers, Manufacturing, Controls, Robotics and Software, and outside contractors and suppliers to achieve target level performance. Tremendous opportunity for an ambitious, energetic Project Engineer/Project Manager to make a difference in our growing organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead both project engineering and project management efforts
  • Lead project by utilizing standard project management practices
  • Effectively communicate project status with CASI leadership team as well as with external customers
  • Interface and communicate effectively with all functional teams
  • Implement agreed System Requirement improvements
  • Plan, schedule and track project deliverables and milestones
  • Troubleshoot and generate practical engineered solutions to problems during project lifecycle
  • Create project recovery and mitigation plans; provide direction and hands-on support
  • Ensure project delivery on-time and on budget

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years direct work experience in a project engineering capacity
  • Bachelor degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Robotics, Software)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proven Project Management and Project Engineering experience in manufacturing and automation environments; experience with material handling and pharmacy fulfillment systems a plus
  • Previous success managing concurrent customer projects and delivering projects on time and on budget
  • Proactive, hardworking and able to complete tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Project, Excel, and PowerPoint, AutoCAD and SolidWorks
  • Mechanical or Electrical Design experience, with success in managing product development projects
  • Experience in Critical Chain project management
  • Preferred formalized project management training and certifications (CMP, PMP)
  • Ability to walk, stand and squat to examine and troubleshoot equipment
  • Ability to handle basic hand tools and diagnostic equipment
