The CASI Community Grants program is focused on education, social services and issues involving women and children with an emphasis on underrepresented populations.
Answering the calling of military service is always a major choice, with even greater weight placed on the call when opting for attending a Service Academy. One Ft. Worth operation has made it their mission to ensure these men and women have a sense of the community, camaraderie and support the community offers to them.
The North Texas Coalition of Uniformed Service Academies has been in existence in the early 1990’s, recognizing the Cadets and Midshipmen who opt for military service through the U.S. Military Academy, the U.S. Naval Academy, the U.S. Air Force Academy, the U.S. Coast Guard Academy or the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy.
Creating a network of students, graduates, family members and supportive community members, the organization proudly celebrates those enlisted with its annual Lone Star Military Ball. More than just a night of pageantry, the Ball pays tribute to the dedication and leadership of the enlisted while commending those who support and encourage their service.
CASI Community Grants funding helps cover expenses of the event, including venue costs, transportation assistance, event materials and recognition items. Click here to learn more about the North Texas Coalition of Uniformed Service Academies.
